8 Yoga Mudras To Overcome Any Ailments

Gyan Mudra: Mudra of Knowledge: Touch the tip of your index finger to the tip of your thumb, keeping the other fingers straight or slightly bent. Practice during meditation, preferably before sunrise.

Vayu Mudra: Fold the index finger, pressing the second phalanx onto the palm with the thumb. Keep the other fingers extended. Can be done at any time of the day.

Agni Mudra (Mudra of Fire): Fold the ring finger, pressing the second phalanx with the thumb. Maintain for at least 15 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach.

Prithvi Mudra (Mudra of Earth): Touch the tip of the ring finger to the thumb, keeping other fingers extended. Ideal in the morning or anytime during the day.

Varun Mudra (Mudra of Water): Lightly touch the tip of the little finger with the thumb, keeping other fingers straight. Can be done at any time of the day.

Shunya Mudra (Mudra Of Emptiness): Press the first phalanx of the middle finger with the thumb.

Surya Mudra (Mudra Of The Sun): Press the ring finger with the thumb.

Prana Mudra (Mudra Of Life): Bend the ring and little fingers, touching their tips to the thumb.
